How Can Chicago Break the Cycle of Youth Violence? From Policy to Practice.

Join the Social Enterprise Initiative for a Social Impact Leadership Series event, in which Jennifer Axelrod, deputy commissioner of youth services for the City of Chicago, will moderate a panel discussion exploring how different strategies from across sectors can work in tandem to curb Chicago's cycle of youth violence.

On the panel are practitioners who are tackling youth violence in Chicago: Pastor Torrey L. Barrett, founder and executive director of K.L.E.O. Community Family Life Center; Jadine Chou, chief safety and security officer for Chicago Public Schools; and Janey Rountree, City of Chicago Mayor's Chief of Staff for Public Safety.
