Join us virtually for a special D&I Dialogues event, featuring a transatlantic discussion between British anti-racism activist Nova Reid and Chicago Booth adjunct assistant professor of strategy, Felicia Joy. The two will discuss Reid's highly acclaimed book, The Good Ally: A Guided Anti-Racism Journey, and its themes on how to become a better ally against racism.

Nova Reid is an activist, TED speaker and author, with a mission to improve racial justice by helping people 'unlearn' their racism from the inside out. Nova was named one of the Top 100 Black British Women by the Black Magic Network and was awarded the 2020 Social Impact Award by the Precious Awards. Nova regularly appears on BBC News, Sky News and BBC Radio.
