Biography

Ishaan leads Constellation Energy’s European customer business, overseeing structured products, trading flow, and energy solutions for corporate clients. In addition, he is responsible for Constellation’s European growth and strategy, including equity investments, partnerships, and M&A.

Ishaan joined Constellation in 2005 and has held senior leadership roles across commercial, corporate, and finance, including corporate strategy, investor relations, and portfolio management. In 2016, he relocated to the UK to establish and grow Constellation’s European business.

Ishaan is a CFA charterholder and earned a BA in mathematics from St. Stephen’s College (Delhi), an MS in applied mathematics from the University of Houston, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Biography

As Chief Strategy Officer of Energy Pathways at Carlyle, Jeff focuses on conducting analysis of commodity market trends and the evaluation of new investment opportunities across energy markets and the commodity supply chain central to the energy transition.

Jeff is the former global head of commodities research at Goldman Sachs, where he helped to build their commodities business. During his nearly three decades at the firm, he became one of the leading commodity market strategists on Wall Street, known for advising clients through the commodity “super cycle” of the 2000s, the shale supply shock of the 2010s, and most recently the twin shocks of the pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine war.

Jeff is a graduate of Pepperdine University and holds an MA in economics and a PhD in economics from the University of Chicago.

Biography

James Janoskey (JJ) is a Managing Director of JP Morgan in the Investment Banking division based in London, and Global Co-Head of the Energy Group. JJ has over 25 years of international advisory and capital markets experience working on a wide range of assignments, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and financing transactions for energy, power, mining and clean tech companies. 
 
JJ joined J.P. Morgan in September 2015 after 18 years at Credit Suisse. He joined Credit Suisse in November 2000 when the firm merged with Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ). Prior to this, in January 2000, JJ moved to DLJ's M&A Group in London from the New York office.

JJ has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, including a term studying at London Business School, and a BA in accounting from the University of Illinois.

Head of Clean Energy Research, Centre for Climate Finance and Investment, Imperial College Business School
 
Biography

Mili Fomicov is a lecturer and Head of Clean Energy Research at the Centre for Climate Finance and Investment (CCFI), Imperial College London. She is also a co-director for the Singapore Green Finance Climate Academy and advises central banks and corporates on transition finance frameworks.

Before joining Imperial, she was a director and portfolio manager in the multi-asset strategies team at BlackRock, a portfolio manager on J.P. Morgan's CIO team, and managed the United States and Japan equity funds at Barclays. She started her career at Alliance Bernstein in the United States.
 
In 2011, Mili received an MBA in finance, economics, econometrics and statistics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
