Pradeep Chintagunta, Joseph T and Bernice S Lewis Distinguished Service Professor of Marketing,  invites you to join him for an MBA Masterclass in Moscow: Doing good is worth doing well: Leveraging Marketing Tools & Insights for Non-Marketing Outcomes The marketing literature has demonstrated the effectiveness of a variety of tools and interventions in improving business performance. At the same time, the question arises as to whether these same tools and insights can be leveraged to improve outcomes in other areas such as health, education, etc. In this talk, I will discuss recent research exploring such topics and describe the actual outcomes observed in those contexts.
